CREATING OR ADDING EMAIL ACCOUNTS 

To add an account to Outlook Express

  1. Open Outlook Express

  2. At the top, click on TOOLS

  3. Scroll Down & Click on ACCOUNTS
    *This will open a new pop-up window

  4. At the far right of the new window, Click on ADD button, then click on MAIL

  5. Outlook will ask for a name, type your name in, then click NEXT

  6. Now type in your email address in the box then click next
    *Hint: your email address will be your user name + @ecksor.net (ie: johndoe@ecksor.net)

  7. Outlook will now need the following server information:
        Incoming server is POP3
        Incoming & Outgoing Server: mail.ecksor.net

  8. Click NEXT when completed with server info

  9. The next screen will require a USER NAME & PASSWORD
    *Do not put your email address here, just your user name
    If you check the box to remember password, you will not have to enter it every time you check your mail.

  10. Click NEXT and then FINISH

  11. YOU'RE DONE CREATING A NEW ACCOUNT!
    To add more email accounts, just repeat using the new account/password info
